A model of supplier—customer negotiations

Abstract: The paper is concerned with a model of supplier — customer negotiations on the order parameters and conditions of its implementation. Under certain conditions a Pareto-optimal solution would give a combination, best for both parties, of parameter values, or an agreed work statement. An interactive procedure for finding a Pareto-optimal solution is proposed whereby the data on the parties preferences in used that is obtained by interrogation.
