Algorithms for reduction of diagnostic information in discrete-time units with a specified degree of fault detectability

The paper is concerned with an algorithm for reduction of the amount of diagnostic data represented a trinary modelling data for units with a specified detectability of faults, in particular, for LSI cell units. The optimization criterion is the minimal average number of celte whose faults are entered into the list of suspects as a result of diagnosis.
