A study of a modified method of least squares in nonstationary conditions

The paper is concerned with identification of a nonstationary plant by using a modified iterative method of least squares. Formulae are obtained for bias and variance of components of the errors in tracking nonstationary parameters of the plant. Computer simulation results are given.
