An algorithm for construction of a sequence distringuishing two specified faults in a sequential device

A heuristic algorithm for construction of a sequence distinguishing two specified faults in a sequential unit is proposed. It can be used to construct a conditional and unconditional procedure of fault diagsis and as an auxiliary algorithm for the method of Ref. [1].
