On the equivalence principle for stochastic systems in r. m. s. minimization problems

For a linear control system with noises in the plant in control channel a method for design of a controller is proposed that is built around determination of programmed control which minimizes the r.m.s. criterion. The problem of finding an optimal programmed control is solved by reducing to an equivalent deterministic problem.
