Abstract: The paper is devoted to further developments in the theory of designing new multipurpose technical systems. We introduce a better model of gradually refining information on uncertain factors in various stages of the system's lifecycle. We account for the uncertainties' influence not only on the optimality criterion, but also on the control admissibility set. The general constructions of a recursive Bellman type procedure, together with the generalized best guaranteed result principle, are accompanied by the analytic solution of an illustrative example.
