The third part of the article deals with a phenomenological model for reso.Съ exchange in open market-like systems. The concepts of this model are economically and thermodynamically interpreted and the basic results of the first two parts are shown to be applicable to description of processes in market-like systems. The problem of optimal macroscopic control of such systems is considered.
