Concerning problem of stabilizing unsteady movements of controlled system at constantly acting disturbances

There is considered the problem of transferring a linear non-stationary system at constantly acting disturbances from the set initial point to the set neighbourhood of the origin of the coordinates within the finite time $t^*$. The solution is based on the method of the analytic design of regulators [1-4].
