Programming systems for debugging and solution of hybrid problems

Requirements are formulated to hybrid programming systems which rely in procedure algorithmical languages for effective solution and debugging of hybrid computing problems. The existing hybrid programming systems are analyzed in terms of these requirements; a system which satisfies them is briefly described.
