An interpolation method for estimating the reliability characteristics of retransmission networks of uniform structure

The paper suggests a method for estimating the reliability characteristics of retransmission networks. The desired characteristic depends on the $(n+1)$-st subset of variables, the probabilities of network element failure. The estimate coincides with the characteristic of any $(k+1)$ subsets of variables are nonzero. The method is effective in analysis of highly reliable networks of uniform (cell) structure. In this case the method is easy to implement and insures high accuracy.
