Dynamic deployment of industries. I

The dynamic problem of deploying plants over an area is extended. The problem can be decomposed into a special problem of nonlinear programming and a problem for parametric linear programming. Reducing the nonlinear problem to that of determining the optimal change of variable indices is described.
