Investigation of a multi-channel closed-loop cyclic service system

The investigation results are given for a multi-channel closed-loop service system with a cyclic sequence of channel sampling whereby the basic system characteristics are determined such as queueing time for the service messages and load of facilities. The results can be used computer-aided in analysis and design of such systems.
