A matrix method tо find a stationary distribution for some nonstandard servicing systems

The paper proposes a matrix method for finding a stationary distribution for some nostandard servicing systems of a finite capacity with a two-dimensional state space. The method covers a number of real life systems including multi-phase ones and can fhe effectively realized on a computer.
