On the method of moments in theory of optimal control with input signals of different energies

In the framework of convex analysis and linear algebra the conditions are given necessary and sufficient for solvability and uniqueness of a solution to a set of integral equations which result from application of the method of moments in theory of control for systems with distributed parameters with input signals of different energies.
