The effect of negative perceptivity of dynamic systems and its application in stabilization of unstable processes

When internal degrees of freedom are excited in some dynamic systems of different physical nature these can be in the state of negative static perceptivity vis-a-vis external signals. In that state a locally time-averaged generalized displacement moves in a direction opposite that of the static or slowly changing generalized force which caused the displacement. Possible use of this effect in process stabilization is discussed.
