An adaptive control algorithm with monitored expansion coefficients of an sampled-data transient function into a set of orthogonal Walsh functions

The paper is concerned with design of a nonsearching self-adjusting system where the adjustment is performed in response to misalignment of the expansion coefficients of the current sampled-data transient function (STF) and associated STF expansion coefficients for the desired model into a set of orthogonal Walsh functions.
