Algorithms of optimal communication networks design

The article discusses a problem of optimal communication networks design using various assumptions on the space metric and dimension. A uniform approach to approximate solution of this problem is proposed and a system of programs «Optimal communication networks» intended for a wide range of applied problems is described.
