Robust methods of parameter estimation (survey)

The paper surveys robust statistical methods now under active development as a statistical field which originated from practical needs. The methods are intended for design of stable statistical procedures which are effective with incomplete a priori data, characteristic of many application problems, on distribution of random disturbances in the systems to be investigated.
