On choice of preferable strategies in a simple differential game of piecewise-programmed pursuit

The paper is concerned with choice of preferable (in terms of meeting a certain condition) mixed strategies of evasion from a set of optimal (in terms of a «miss» type criterion) mixed strategies of an evader in a differential game of pursuit and evasion on a plane where the players can perform simple motions. The game is specific in that the pursuant moves in a piecewise programmed way and has $N$ times, not fixed in advance, in which to observe the evader's coordinates.
