This work is dedicated to the twentieth anniversary of the Chebyshev sbornik and the release of the 80th issue of the magazine. The article highlights the history of the magazine. We describe the stages of formation. It talked about the contribution of various scientists in the journal work. Provides some scientometric indicators.
