Abstract: Computer simulation of structured two-dimensional ferromagnetic nanosystems on a substrate is performed. The substrate forms islands of atoms. Such a system is called the spin ice. The interaction between the islands is exchange-based and weaker than within the island. A computer experiment allows to calculate the dependence of the phase transition temperature on the interaction between the islands.

Keywords: spin ice, structured nanosystem, phase transition, ferromagnetic nanosystem.
