Magnetoelectric effect of magnetoacoustic resonance in the structure of YIG / lithium niobate / silicon

Abstract: The paper presents a theoretical calculation of the magnetoelectric effect of magnetoacoustic resonance in the structure of YIG / lithium niobate / silicon in the thickness-shear mode. At a resonance frequency of 1.72 GHz, the magnetoelectric coefficient is 64 V/(cm$\cdot$Oe).
