Abstract:
Based on experimental data of the behavior of magnetic phases of partially substituted rare-earth garnet ferrites (BiYLu)$_3$(FeGa)$_5$O$_{12}$ and (BiGd)$_3$(FeGa)$_5$O$_{12}$ near the magnetic compensation point in strong magnetic fields, a phenomenological model is proposed to explains the behavior of the non-collinear phase, taking into account the paraprocess during mutual influence of the spin-reorientation phase transition and the Neel point.
Keywords:rare-earth iron garnet, compensation temperature (point), sublattice magnetization, phase transition.
