Necessary conditions of optimality in linear control problem under interference with a payoff depending on the modulus of a linear function

This paper considers a linear control problem under interference, in which the terminal part of the payoff depends on the module value of a linear function of the phase vector in a given time moment. Necessary conditions of optimality are found.
