Abstract: The results of study of the silver-palladium (Ag/Pd) films burning temperature and heat treatment time effect on the efficiency of excitation of photocurrent depending on the sign of the polarization and sign of incidence angle of the exciting radiation are presented. In the experiments the longitudinal and transverse photocurrents at different polarizations of 532 nm nanosecond laser exciting radiation for the films obtained at different temperature burning profiles are studied. It is shown that the decreasing of the heat treatment time from 140 to 38 minutes at the burning temperature of 833 K results to the approximately 1.5 times increasing of the circular photocurrent in the films. The results obtained are compared with the results of studying the films using Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffractometry.

Keywords: circular photocurrent, circular radiation polarization, thick-film technology, Raman spectroscopy, X-ray diffractometry, phase composition.
