Abstract: Analyzed the treatment effect of magnetic field and UV radiation on the pH of water and investigated the activating effect of treated water on biological objects. Found that changing the pH of the water is observed as in the case of direct processing and for water, not subjected to direct processing, but in contact with the treated water through impermeable film. Discusses the causes of observed effects. Proposed based on the hypothesis of the structural condition of water based on the formation of chains nanopositioner dipoles, the dimensions of which change as a result of processing by external influences. It is assumed that the reason for the increase of the biological activity of the treated water is the effect of the charges on the ends of the dipole chains in the membranes of living cells.
