Application of positioning systems for receiving and processing the overlapping images in the process of dispersion control of nanoparticle

Abstract: . Principles of positioning system drives application for nanoparticles dispersity control are considered in the article. Possibilities of usage a sample holder table guides friction for improving a positioning system operational parameters are provided. It is shown that application a drives accelerometer and algorithms of overlapped images processing allows to realize a coordinate probe-surface binding for images with low coefficient of overlapping.
