Structure and biological activity of phosphoric acid hydrazides with dichloroethylamine group

Abstract: The influence of the modification of hydrazide fragments of bis(2-chloroethyl)amine derivatives of phosphoric acid both on the molecular, electronic structure and biological activity is discussed. The overall study by the XRD and DFT techniques allows determine the connection of the structural parameters and antitumor activity of the compounds.
