Local electrodeposition of metals on the anodizing microcathodes surfaces

Features of processes of local electrodeposition of metal coverings on partially and the surfaces which are completely blocked by anodic surface layers at electrochemical control of electrodeposits with restoration are considered. Influence of geometry of positioning of a pressed cell, mode of electrochemical process and composition of electrolytes on possibility of cathodic electroplating of a covering is shown.
