Adjoint boundary conditions for incomplete systems of initial relations between coefficients of the boundary layer

Adjoint boundary conditions for a boundary-value problem in the case of an incomplete system of initial relations between coefficients of the boundary layer are found. From those results, a theorem on asymptotic decomposition of solutions is obtained.
