The automated computer system of measurement of productivity of solar water heaters from portion preparation of hot water

Abstract: The automated system is developed and the skeleton diagram of computer registration of the experimental data of a solar water heater for portion preparation of hot water for the purpose of direct use by a customer is provided. In this system the modern microprocessor means, and also the instrumental, program system allowing to make an experiment of heliotechnical installations for the purpose of statistic analysis of energetic characteristics are used. In automated system of computer registration of energetic characteristics, the sensor with an output of the unified analog signals which are processed and transferred to the computer device by means of RS-485 and RS-232 interfaces is used.
The measuring system is developed on a platform of an instrumental software package "TRACEMODE" taking into account time response characteristics and gives the chance of tracing of indices, taking into account rapidity and an inertance of energetic effect. The system is provided with protection against influence of different external influences and electromagnetic interferences with use of the noise suppressing filter in the measuring channel, and in a control circuit in parallel with the output switching pin the spark extinguishing element, on the example of a RC chain is set.
