Abstract: At this article presented the results of researches on the influence of thermodynamic and physical-chemical properties of oxide fluxes to the energy efficiency of welding arc with TIG welding (A-TIG) of stainless steel CrNi18-10. The obtained results of research work allowed to determine the evaluation criteria of A-TIG welding arc energy efficiency to the penetration depth of welding metal and to identify thermodynamic and physical-chemical properties of individual flux-oxides to the melting properties energy efficiency of welding arc by different running energy of welding. Also it is determined the requirements to thermodynamic and physical-chemical properties of individual flux-oxides providing high energy efficiency melting peculiarities of arc with A-TIG welding.

Keywords: A-TIG welding, Stainless Steel, Oxides, Physical and Chemical Properties Oxides, Morphology of Weld Joints.
