Abstract: The article raises the questions of 3D-modeling of torque and precision characteristics of robot components taking into account the properties and conditions of their production from polymeric materials. The analysis of 3D-modeling of components of robotic devices is conducted.
One of the main objectives of the study is the possibility of reducing the weight of the product, chemical and radiation resistance, which is possible to provide polymer materials, provided that the strength and stiffness characteristics of the product.
Questions of development of technology of production of polymeric products by method of layer-by-layer synthesis with the subsequent providing to machine-building plants of the effective tool for production of hi-tech production are raised.. 3D-digital technologies together with cognitive programming provide a unique opportunity to create complex spatial details and cases of robotic devices. The article can be useful for specialists in this field and engineers interested in modeling components of robotic devices.

Keywords: 3D-technology, layer-by-layer synthesis, 3D printer, components of robotics, case products, 3D prototyping.
