Formation of images using multilevel diffractive lens

Abstract: We present the formation of images using multilevel diffractive lens. An analytical and numerical calculation are presented for the formation of images when diffractive lens illuminated by radiation at different wavelengths in the paraxial and nonparaxial wave models. Multilevel and quantized diffractive lenses are considered. We present computational and experimental results.
