On conditions for invariance of special partitions under $(v,3)$-matrices

In this paper we describe indecomposable $(v,3)$-matrices preserving the system of blocks for translation group of vector space $V_v = {0,1}^v$ which are weakly diffused by modular addition. It is shown that using such matrices is crucial for security of LAX block ciphers.
