Lattices of $\Omega$-fibered formations

We consider the lattices of $\Omega$-canonical and $\Omega$-bicanonical formations and prove that all $n$-fold $\Omega$-canonical and $n$-fold $\Omega$-bicanonical formations are inductive and modular.
