Abstract: Unsteady filtration combustion of gases in an inert porous layer is considered taking into account the gas pressure distribution in the pores. The steady-state combustion limits in the layer as functions of depending on gas flow and parameters of interfacial heat transfer were determined. The possibility of the existence of self-oscillating filtration combustion is shown.

Keywords: filtration gas combustion, interfacial heat transfer, self-oscillating combustion.
