Shock-wave sensitivity of a TATB-based plasticized explosive

Abstract: The results of numerical modelling of experiments on the investigation of shock-wave sensitivity of a TATB-based explosive are presented. A model for the macrokinetics of decomposition of the explosive has been constructed within the framework of a hypothesis of hot spots.
