Negative erosion effect and the emergence of unstable combustion. 1. Analysis of the models

Abstract: This paper presents the analysis of different hypotheses and models related to the physical nature of the negative erosion effect. The influence of various factors on the emergence of this effect is estimated, and the most significant of them are mentioned. A system of equations for the study of the negative erosion effect is proposed. The new useful properties of the Bulgakov–Lipanov number are found.
