Estimation of the difference of spectral functions of the Legendre-type operators

An estimation of the difference of spectral functions of the Legendre-type operator and a perturbed operator by the norm $L_1$ is calculated under various restrictions on perturbation. The regularized trace of the perturbated operator is calculated.
