Multiferroic materials for Spintronics

Abstract: The principal aspects of the operation of multiferroics-based spintronic devices; micromagnetic methods that allow modeling magnetoelectric and spin-orbit devices, as well as calculating the main parameters of multiferroic heterostructures have been discussed. The results of calculations of micromagnetic configurations realized in an electric field in heterostructures of ferromagnetic-multiferroics-type are presented, and the influence of sample dimensions on the magnetic states in the system is studied.
