Abstract: The article is devoted to the principle of multiplexing/demultiplexing microwave signals based on the ferromagnetic film|ferroelectric|magnonic crystal structure. The formation of five band gaps – non-transmission bands in spectrum of spin waves for such a structure has been detected. It is shown that, depending on the frequency, the signal exits through different ports of the structure, i.e. there is a frequency separation of channels. The frequency range supplied to this port is determined by the dielectric constant of the ferroelectric layer (which is determined by the applied electric field) and the magnitude of the magnetic field applied to the ferromagnetic layers.

Keywords: magnonics, multiferroics, frequency channel separation, spin current.
