Formation of crystalline silicon structures on nanofibrous nonwoven materials using laser-stimulated metal-induced crystallization

Abstract: A technique for the crystallization of an amorphous silicon coating deposited on a nonwoven polymer material has been developed and tested. The results of experimental studies are presented, confirming the formation of submicron crystallized silicon structures on nanofibrous polymer substrates.
