Abstract:
The electrical and photoelectrical properties of the polycrystalline compound CuInAsSe$_3$ have been studied for the first time. The spectral and temperature regions of photosensitivity of the crystals have been determined. The behavior of the permittivity, the electrical conductivity, the complex resistance, and the complex conductance has been studied in the frequency range of 1 Hz–32 MHz at temperatures of 10–400 K. It has been found that the material exhibits ferroelectric properties.
