Abstract: The effect of doping on the transport properties of solid electrolytes La$_{0.9}$Sr$_{0.1}$ScO$_{2.95}$ + $x$FeO$_{1.5}$ ($x$ = 0.1–15.0 wt% FeO$_{1.5}$) has been elucidated by investigating the electrical conductivity of these materials by the four-probe method and the impedance method as a function of external parameters, namely, temperature $T$ (150–900$^\circ$C), oxygen partial pressure $p_{\mathrm{O}_2}$ (0.21 $\cdot$ 10$^4$–10$^{-15}$ Pa), and humidity $p_{\mathrm{Í}_2\mathrm{O}}$ (0.04–2.35 kPa). Samples of the solid electrolytes have been investigated using X-ray powder diffraction, electron microscopy, and Mössbauer spectroscopy.
