Abstract: The structural properties and parameters of ferromagnetic resonance have been studied for Fe$_{73.5}$CuNb$_3$Si$_{13.5}$B$_9$ nanocrystalline alloys produced from the initial amorphous state via annealing under different conditions. The dependence of the linewidth of the ferromagnetic resonance on the grain size $\Delta H\sim D^6$ has been found. The result is discussed within the framework of the random magnetic anisotropy model.
