Abstract:
The auto-oscillation dynamics of the interface and the parameters of a periodic layered impurity microstructure that forms as a result of a solid-state phase transition with varying the concentration that takes place when applying a mobile temperature gradient is calculated in terms of a one-dimensional capillary–wave model.
