Abstract:
The structural and dynamic properties of a tetrafluoroborate ion in $n$-Bu$_{4}$NBF$_{4}$ organic salt at different temperatures and phase states were studied by oscillation spectroscopy methods. The results of calculations of the energy and relaxation parameters have shown that in the plastic phase, a BF$_{4}^{-}$ ion is characterized by a low reorientation energy as compared with that of the crystalline phase.
