Abstract: The thermal conductivity of single-crystal (ZrO$_{2}$)$_{1-x}$(Sc$_{2}$O$_{3}$)$_{x}$ ($x$ = 0.09, 0.10) and (ZrO$_{2}$)$_{1-x-y}$(Sc$_{2}$O$_{3}$)$_{x}$(Y$_{2}$O$_{3}$)$_{y}$ ($x$ = 0.003–0.10; $y$ = 0.01–0.025) solid solutions has been experimentally determined in the temperature range 50–300 K. The results are analyzed with allowance made for the phase compositions and features of imperfect crystal structures.
