Abstract:
The thermal diffusion, heat capacity, and thermal conductivity of BiFeO$_{3}$, Bi$_{0.91}$Nd$_{0.09}$FeO$_{3}$, and BiFe$_{0.91}$Mn$_{0.09}$O$_{3}$ multiferroics have been studied at high temperatures (300–1120 K). The dominant mechanisms of phonon transfer in the regions of the antiferromagnetic and ferroelectric phase transitions have been determined. The temperature dependence of the mean free path of phonons has been found.
